Marmolada   Marmolada Campo Base is situated at 1451 meters above see level in Laste di Rocca Pietore, a small village in the Dolomites. The new cableway of Malga Ciapela – just 9,31 miles from here – leads to Punta Rocca (3300 masl) on the Marmolada, queen of the Dolomites. Here you can enjoy the wonderful landscape of the surroundings mountains, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009. Ten minutes car from Malga Ciapela you can find the Passo Fedaia and the homonymous lake which is a storage of 54 million cubic meters of water. This artificial lake is enclosed by a dam, and you can go along it by car or on foot.

Serrai di Sottoguda

On the route which leads to the Marmolada, you can find the Serrai di Sottoguda, an extraordinary canyon among the crags where you can have a wonderful 1,2 mile walk.

The Alleghe Lake
9,31 miles from Campo Base, at 1000 masl, you can discover a beautiful walk around the lake and you can experience the ice skating with our federal trainer. She will teach you how to move on ice!
Passo di Falzarego
After the pass you can see Cortina d’ Ampezzo from above, and in 30 minutes from there you arrive in the center of this distinctive village. You can get to Cortina also following the route for Passo Giau that takes nearly an hour.
Of course this is not all of the Dolomites! There’s much more to see, to taste and to enjoy!
